🔄 14-day returns (consumers)
Bought as a private individual (or a sole trader outside your line of business)? You have 14 days to return the goods without giving any reason.

How to do it — 3 steps:
- Write to us at kontakt@recostock.pl: provide your order number and state that you are withdrawing from the contract (you can use the form below).
- Return the goods within 14 days to the following address: AKRIP Sp. z o.o. (RECOSTOCK), ul. Lipowa 20, 62-069 Dąbrówka. Pack it the way it arrived (anti-static packaging, if included).
- We refund your money within 14 days using the same payment method you used.
Withdrawal form template:
I, [full name], hereby withdraw from the contract of sale of the product [name / SKU], order no. [number], received on [date]. Please refund the payment to the following account: [account number].
🛠 Complaints / RMA
Something not working? We act fast — every component is tested before shipping, but electronics can be unpredictable.
RMA procedure — 4 steps:
- Submit your claim: e-mail to kontakt@recostock.pl — order number, product SKU, fault description and, if possible, a photo/video.
- RMA number: within 1–2 business days you will receive an RMA number and shipping instructions. Write the RMA number on the package.
- Testing: within 5 business days we bench-test the component.
- Resolution: repair, replacement with a working unit, or a refund — your choice, subject to availability.

The warranty does not limit your statutory consumer rights (liability for conformity of the goods with the contract — 2 years; for used goods: 1 year, as stated on the product page).
