What happens next?
- You will receive a case number (on screen and by e-mail).
- Return the goods within 14 days — you will find the address on the page Returns & complaints.
- We will refund your payment within 14 days using the same payment method you used (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment).
