- Contact the Seller: e-mail kontakt@recostock.pl, tel. +48 690 533 609, or by post to the address indicated in section 1.
- These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for concluding sales agreements via the Store and the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer.
- The Store sells industrial automation components: brand new (including surplus stock — new old stock), used, and refurbished. The condition of each product is clearly indicated on its product page.
§ 2. Placing Orders
- Orders can be placed via the Store 24/7. Placing an order requires acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
- A sales agreement is concluded once the Seller confirms acceptance of the order (by e-mail).
- Prices in the Store are gross (VAT included) and are expressed in Polish zloty. The binding price is the one applicable at the moment the order is placed.
- In the case of price reductions, the Store displays — in accordance with the so-called Omnibus Directive — the lowest price of the product from the 30 days preceding the reduction.
- A receipt is issued for every order, or — on request / after providing a NIP (VAT ID) — a VAT invoice.
§ 3. Payments
- Available payment methods are shown in the order summary and may include: bank transfer, BLIK, payment card, and online payments.
- For traditional bank transfers, the order is processed once the payment has been credited.
§ 4. Delivery
- Delivery is available within Poland and — upon individual confirmation — within the European Union.
- The delivery cost and estimated delivery time are shown in the order summary. Standard dispatch time: 1–2 business days from the date the payment is credited.
- The risk of accidental loss of the goods passes to the Consumer when the carrier hands the goods over to them.
§ 5. Right of withdrawal from the contract (Consumers)
- A Consumer, as well as a natural person running a sole proprietorship making a purchase unrelated to their professional activity, may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
- To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before it expires. The statement may be submitted: (a) via the „Withdraw from the contract here” feature — an online form available at all times in the Shop's footer at Withdrawal from the contract, (b) by e-mail to kontakt@recostock.pl, (c) in writing. The Seller promptly confirms receipt of a statement submitted via the online feature on a durable medium (e-mail).
- The returned goods must be sent back within 14 days to: AKRIP Sp. z o.o. (RECOSTOCK), ul. Lipowa 20, 62-069 Dąbrówka. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer — pursuant to Art. 34(2) of the Consumer Rights Act. The Shop does not accept „cash on delivery” shipments.
- The Seller refunds the payment (including the cost of the cheapest delivery option offered) within 14 days, using the same channel through which the payment was received.
- The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act (including goods manufactured to the Customer's specifications).
§ 6. Complaints and Warranty
- The Seller is liable to the Consumer for conformity of the goods with the contract under the rules of the Consumer Rights Act (2 years; for goods used the liability period may be limited to 1 year, which the Seller indicates on the product page).
- Notwithstanding the above, the Seller grants a commercial warranty for the period indicated on the product page (as standard: 12 months for new and refurbished goods, 6 months for used Class A items — unless stated otherwise). Detailed scope, exclusions and the RMA procedure: see the Warranty terms. Service shipping costs: if the complaint is accepted, they are borne by the Seller; if unjustified — by the Buyer; in the case of statutory non-conformity of the goods with the contract (Consumer), the costs are always borne by the Seller.
- Complaints: e-mail kontakt@recostock.pl (description of the defect, order number, photos). Response within 14 days.
- RMA procedure (service return): after submitting a claim, the Customer receives an RMA number and a shipping address. The goods are tested within 5 business days; repair, replacement or refund follows.
- B2B Customer (business entity): the statutory warranty for defects is excluded (Art. 558 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code); the commercial warranty under para. 2 applies.
§ 7. Personal Data
The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available in the Store footer.
§ 8. Final Provisions
- In matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- Consumers may use out-of-court complaint handling and redress procedures, including free assistance from the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman, as well as mediation and permanent arbitration courts at the Provincial Inspectorates of Trade Inspection. Detailed information: uokik.gov.pl.
- These Terms & Conditions are effective from 6 July 2026. The Shop announces changes 14 days in advance; orders placed before a change take effect are processed under the previous terms.
