The guarantor is AKRIP Sp. z o.o. (RECOSTOCK brand), ul. Lipowa 20, 62-069 Dąbrówka, NIP 7773379040. The warranty is valid within the European Union.

The period runs from the date the goods are handed over. If a different period is indicated on the product page — the period from the product page applies.
2. What the warranty covers
- material and manufacturing defects as well as electronic faults revealed during proper use,
- every component is tested before shipping — the warranty confirms working condition at the time of sale.
3. What the warranty does not cover
- mechanical, thermal and chemical damage occurring after the goods have been handed over,
- damage caused by improper installation or connection (e.g. reversed polarity, wrong voltage), power surges, lightning strikes, or operation outside the manufacturer's specifications,
- tampering, repairs or modifications performed outside RECOSTOCK (including broken service seals),
- natural wear of consumable parts (batteries, fuses, fans, output relays),
- loss of data and configuration — back up your programs/parameters before sending the unit for service.
4. Filing a claim and processing (RMA)
- Submit your claim: kontakt@recostock.pl — order number, SKU, description of the fault, photos/video.
- Within 1–2 business days you will receive an RMA number and shipping instructions (write the number on the package; use anti-static packaging).
- Diagnosis at our test station within 5 business days of receiving the goods.
- Resolution: repair, replacement with a working unit, or a refund of the price — up to 14 business days in total. The choice of remedy rests with the Guarantor, taking product availability into account.
Shipping costs: if the complaint is accepted, we return the goods at our expense and refund the documented cost of shipping to our service center (economy shipping option). If the complaint is unjustified, transport costs are borne by the Buyer.
5. Additional provisions
- The warranty does not cover the costs of dismantling and reinstalling the device at the Buyer's premises, nor production downtime.
- For B2B Customers, the Guarantor's liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods; statutory warranty for defects is excluded (Art. 558 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code) — this warranty applies instead.
- Warranty does not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under statutory liability for the conformity of goods with the contract (2 years; used goods — 1 year, as stated on the product page).
- The warranty period is extended by the time the goods spent at the service center.
